Mobile Revolution Quaking Digital Mafia (GOOG, AMZN, FB)

IBNLiveMobile revolution, economy trip up tech giantsIBNLive”If you look at the evolution of mobile Internet, social networking is usually the first to spread around the world, followed by games and then advertising,” said Elinor Leung of CLSA.

Marty Note
The knowledge of something doesn’t mean you know how to execute a creative, successful plan for it. Mobile is vexing big status quo digital players because mobile is a massive paradigm shift from database structure to what works. The Mobile First Movement is growing in strength and scope with each stumble from the controlling giants.

Has a new beanstalk stuck its head into the existing giants kingdom? No doubt. Can mobile be as liberating and re-democratizing as the web was back in the day? Possibly. Jury is still out, but the chance to disrupt, claim new territory and find an audience not held captive by existing powerful jailers is certainly here.

All revolutions go through states of tremendous flux where no one is sure what will come out, what will be successful. This will settle, but whether the existing players have their same seats at the table is to be determined.
